Shipping, Returns & Discounts

Shipping Fees

Rates are determined by the weight of the shipment and the delivery destination. All orders over $600.00 (Before Taxes & Discounts) will received free regular ground shipping (Base Shipping Rate and Fuel Surcharge), however, we can not cover the insurance costs which will automatically be charged to the invoice at a rate of $0.50 per $100.00.

Should you want or need a faster service, we will deduct the regular ground shipping costs off of the Express shipping price and the difference will be added onto your invoice.

Discounts

Ultra Love offers several levels of discounts. We offer discounts for store chains & volume discounts. We also offer to all companies an “Additional Discount” due to the strength of our Canadian Dollar. This particular discount can fluctuate depending on the strength of the Canadian Dollar versus other world currencies. Please contact us for details.

All discounts will be deducted off on the final invoice.

Return Policy

We will accept returns for the following reasons within 90 days of Invoice date:

1. Shipping errors
   Please call us within ten (10) days of receiving order.



2. Defective merchandise
   Please check all items for defects prior to placing on your shelf or sold to a customer. All items should be check when received from us.

We will not accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Crushed packaging
   We will be happy to send you replacement Packaging, parts or caps if available.

2. Used or sold merchandise
   Your staff should not have to handle used merchandise. At retail, the customer should be referred to the manufacturer for all warranty claims.

3. Lingerie or Latex clothing with open packaging
4. Demo models
5. Items which are missing parts or pieces
6. Discolored or faded items
7. Items which are not in the original package
8. Items which can not be sold
9. Items with an expiration date (Condoms & Lubes)
   Please check the date. If it has expired or soon will expire, please contact us ASAP.

**SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER**
